🔄 Return Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened or used items (including wigs and hair products for hygiene reasons)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous or flammable materials

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
